Klopp Claimed Ready If Must Fail Achieving Premier League Title Due To Corona Virus

DBasia.news –  Liverpool’s chances of winning the Premier League are threatened with failure following the corona virus pandemic that also hit England. But The Reds manager, Juergen Klopp, didn’t mind about it.

In the land of the United Kingdom, the corona virus has infected more than 2,600 people, 60 of whom have not survived. This outbreak makes the entire sports agenda in the UK must be suspended, including the English League which is currently being stopped at least until April 3rd.

This condition clearly disrupted Liverpool’s momentum. They are just two wins away to ensure the first English League trophy in 30 years.

Even if the spread of the corona virus is not quickly suppressed, there is a possibility the competition must be postponed longer, which will further threaten the chances of the Liverpool champion title.

Even so, Klopp remained calm. In the JD Sports podcast, ‘In The Duffle Bag’, the former Mainz 05 and Borussia Dortmund coach hinted that he didn’t bother thinking about that.

“It’s just football, just a game. It’s not really serious, it’s just a game,” Klopp said.

“There are many other important things in life. So try to stay calm and enjoy it,” said the German coach.
