Lewandowski’s Reason to Stay in Bayern: For Fans

By news-admin

DBasia.news – Replacing the agent to Pini Zahavi apparently couldn’t realize Robert Lewandowski’s desire to leave Bayern Munchen. The board of directors in Bayern didn’t give any chance for the agent to speak or accepts the offering for the Poland 30-year-old striker.

What Bayern did was risky. Lewandowski wants to leave after giving all his best in four years supporting Bayern, but the club won’t release him, though Real Madrid showed the interest. Just like a time bomb, Lewandowski could perform half-hearted and minimizes his talent.

Lewandowski chose to stay. The former Borussia Dortmund striker scored two goals in two Bayern’s competitive matches this season, and finally, after the silence, Lewandowski raised his voice about this current situation in the club.

“In April, May, almost everyone took a shot at me. I felt no protection from the club and felt alone in the situation. I didn’t score in two or three important games and suddenly it was ‘fire at will against Lewandowski!” Lewandowski told the story to Bild.

“I didn’t see anyone behind me at the time. Neither of the bosses defended me. I did not feel well in Munich in those moments. In this time it did not fit anymore.”

However, due to the fanatic support from Bayern’s fans who asked him to stay, Lewandowski canceled his decision to leave.

“I noticed in Munich that the fans support me. I realized that they still want me here. I will never strike, never mess with the club. I’m not wasting any thought on another club now,” Lewandowski concluded.
