Manchester City Remains Confident

Manchester City has lost two of its most recent parties. After a 0-1 defeat of Manchester United in the English League Cup, Citizens lost 0-2 to Tottenham Hotspur in the Premier League.

The defeat of Man United in the derby did not really matter because Man City still qualified for the semifinals. But the defeat of Tottenham makes now Sergio Aguero et al 22 points behind Liverpool at the top of the standings.

However, two successive defeats also remain a blow to Pep Guardiola’s men. But the manager insists there are no signs his players have suffered from the current situation.
