Mauro Icardi Claimed to Have a Deal at PSG

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Inter Milan striker Mauro Icardi was claimed to have agreed to join Paris Saint-Germain permanently in the upcoming transfer window.

Reporting from Sky Sports Italia, PSG had to spend 50 million euros to get Icardi. This value has not been plus with bonus which can amount to seven million euros.

The money spent by PSG is actually lower than the Icardi price clause. Inter sold the Argentine striker with a value of 70 million euros.

The corona virus pandemic seems to have made Inter willing to reduce the price of Icardi. AC Milan’s city rivals might worry that no other club will be able to surpass PSG’s offer.

In addition, Inter are not interested in keeping Icardi. The former Sampdoria striker did not enter the coach’s scheme, Antonio Conte.

For PSG, securing Icardi’s status is one of the missions in the summer transfer market. Les Parisiens does need a quality striker to replace Edinson Cavani whose contract expires soon.

PSG seems impressed with the appearance of Icardi they borrowed this season. The 27-year-old striker successfully recorded 20 goals and 4 assists in 31 matches in all competitions.

This news automatically dispels the wishes of a number of other clubs such as Juventus, Napoli, Newcastle United, to Real Madrid who are also interested in Icardi’s performance. Now they must look for other options in the upcoming transfer market.
