DBasia.news – After moving to Barcelona Miralem Pjanic spoke bad of Maurizio Sarri when he coached Juventus. According to him the coach did not believe in the squad.

Maurizio Sarri himself only had one season training the Italian League giants and he managed to present the ninth Serie A trophy for the club. But after that, he was fired because the Old Lady was eliminated from the Champions League by Lyon.

Miralem Pjanic finally decided to leave Juventus. The Bosnian international is continuing his career in Barcelona and his arrival is expected to have a positive impact on the Blaugrana.

The joining of the former AS Roma player allowed him to make his debut for Barcelona in El Clasico against Real Madrid on Saturday (24/10).

However, ahead of the match, Miralem Pjanic admitted that he still could not forget his experience with Maurizio Sarri at Juventus who did not believe in the players.

Speaking to the media crew, the 30-year-old player said that what he has not yet forgotten about being coached by Maurizio Sarri is that he has great distrust of his players. He considered it unprofessional and the player admits it has made him a burden until now.

Miralem Pjanic also admitted that he was annoyed by the famous coach who did not seem to trust his foster children. According to him, every player when defending a big club like Juventus would want to give the best for his club by playing professionally to win every match and trophy.

As information, since joining Juventus in 2016 he has played in 178 matches by packing 22 goals and 44 assists. Whereas last season he played in 30 matches in Serie A.

Together with the Italian club, Miralem Pjanic has won 4 Serie A trophies, 2 Coppa Italia and 1 Supercoppa Italiana. It will be interesting to see if this 2020/21 season he can win the title or not with Barcelona under Ronald Koeman.
