Not Enough with Lukaku and Sanchez, Inter Milan are Interested in Nemanja Matic

In the summer of 2019, Inter Milan got two Manchester United players. La Beneamata brought Romelu Lukaku and Alexis Sanchez.

Inter Milan spent up to 65 million euros to convince Manchester United to sell Lukaku. Meanwhile, Sanchez came on loan.

The Milan-based club still makes Manchester United a market for buying players. Corriere believes Inter are trying to get Nemanja Matic.    

Matic inclusion in the list of coveted players Inter Milan is not without reason. The former Chelsea player can be brought in for free in the summer of 2020. Because Matic’s contract will expire this season.

Inter Milan CEO Giuseppe Marotta thinks Nemanja Matic is a suitable player to fill a position in midfield. Matic already has a wealth of experience at the club or national team level. 

Meanwhile, Nemanja Matic is reportedly unhappy with the situation at Man United. Matic upset is no longer the first choice for Ole Gunnar Solskjaer.

“Of course I am frustrated. I want to perform because it always provides the best for Manchester United,” Matic said as Sky Sports reported.

“The manager has full control in determining the composition of the squad. When you are on the bench, you are not happy. However, I try to believe Solskjaer will change his mind and choose me.
