DBasia.news – Persis Solo have successfully won against Persik Kendal with a 0-1 score in the 2018 Liga 2 match of the west area at Wilis Stadium Madiun, last weekend. Eli Nasoka’s only goal made Persis Solo got three points.

No wonder, this victory is the first after three matches with no winning. The victory against Persik was difficult. Persis Solo players played under pressure since the first minute. Some failed goal opportunities made the situation complicated.

Luckily at 46′, Persis Solo got a penalty kick from coach Edy Sahputra from North Sumatera. Eli Nasoka as the executor successfully scored the goal to Persik net guarded by Herlian Alif Laksono.

Persis Solo coach, Agus Yuwono said, this winning is meaningful for the squad. Since the early minute, the players were nervous considering the decreasing position of Persis Solo in the west area standing.

“This victory is meaningful. Since the beginning, we can’t play loose. They are very nervous due to the decreasing position in the standing. We really praised this victory,” Persis Solo coach Agus Yuwono explained after the match.

Agus believed the nerve made the performance wasn’t maximum, especially the gold opportunities failed to be a goal.

“We have been training about finishing every day. But we still face a difficulty. The first round, the chance is on Rudiyana. But Tri Handoko just stands still,” he said.

Meanwhile, Persis Solo midfielder Tegar Pangestu admits his relief with this victory. He hopes the result could boost the confidence ahead of the match against Persibat Batang, Saturday (29/9).

“Hopefully in the future, we can have a better result,” the former PSPS Riau player said.
