DBasia.news – The four consecutive victories of Real Madrid of all competitions ended on the 13th-week of LaLiga. Just after Santiago Solari appointed as the permanent coach, El Real got defeated by a small team, Eibar, with a 0-3 score.
Gonzalo Escalante, Sergi Enrich, and Kike are three goal scorers for Eibar in the match at Ipuura, Saturday (24/11). The victory was the first time for Eibar since established in 1940 against the away team who won the Champions League 13 times.
Thanks to the victory, Eibar are now in the 8th position with 18 points, two points behind Madrid in the sixth position of the standing.
Furthermore, by these three goals, their conceded record, 18, is now better than Madrid who got conceded 19 times. The day at Ipurua possibly won’t be a good memory for Sergio Ramos and friends, especially Solari.
Madrid’s defeat raised an interesting and unique record, the myth of Madrid this season against the teams with blue and red jersey.
Madrid seem to have an allergy to the blue-red jersey team after the four defeats. They are Barcelona, Levante, CSKA Moscow, and Eibar.
In the El Clasico match against Barcelona, Madrid got defeated 1-5 at Camp Nou, the defeat ending Julen Lopetegui’s career as Madrid coach. Against Levante, Madrid got defeated 1-2 and in the match against CSKA Moscow in the Champions League.
In Russia, Madrid surprisingly got a 0-1 defeat against CSKA who weren’t favored to be the winner. Madrid’s bad dream with a blue-red jersey team continued to the match against Eibar.
The defeat against Eibar was really bad. Madrid almost got defeated in all aspects, got conceded three goals and unable to score the goal to their net. It’s interesting to see would Madrid repeat this curse against the other blue-red jersey teams?
