Real Madrid Wins, Zinedine Zidane Highlights the Team’s Inconsistency

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Madrid won 3-1 when they hosted Eibar at the Estadio Alfredo Di Stefano, Monday (6/15/2020) in their first LaLiga party after the lockdown. Three goals were obtained from Toni Kroos, Sergio Ramos and Marcelo in a match that was held without spectators. Real Madrid coach Zinedine Zidane is still dissatisfied with the performance of his team. He insisted there was still a lack of goals from the El Real striker.

Real Madrid performed well in the first round. Sergio Ramos and his colleagues launched an attack that made the Eibar defensive.

Real Madrid excelled quickly after Toni Kroos scored in the 4th minute. The German international player released a long-range shot.

In the 30th minute, Real Madrid scored again. Sergio Ramos who assisted the attack, completed Eden Hazard’s mature pass.

Seven minutes later, Eibar’s goal shook again. This time, Marcelo listed his name on the scoreboard.

The 3-0 advantage has made Real Madrid off guard in the second half. Los Blancos no longer mastered the match like the first half. In fact, Eibar scored one goal through Pedro Bigas in the 60th minute.

“I don’t know. It’s something different, but we have to adapt,” Zinedine Zidane said, as reported by Marca.

“We had some difficulties in the second half. I do not know whether it is from the physical side. However, we can do it,” added the coach.

Zidane argues, his team was too relaxed in the second half. The tactician saw the Real Madrid players were satisfied when winning three goals.

“The first half was good and convincing. These are three important points,” continued the former Juventus player.

A win against Eibar is important for Madrid to keep their hopes of winning the LaLiga title. Now, Real Madrid are two points away from Barcelona, who are at the top of the table. Next, Madrid will challenge Valencia (6/19).
