DBasia.news – Memphis Depay admitted that he isn’t trauma or feared after his house robbed last weekend.
Consequently, the Olympique Lyonnais striker lost around 1,5 million euro (Rp26 billion).
Some jewelry, expensive watches, and other precious things were robbed when Depay and his team got defeated by OGC Nice with a 0-1 score in the Ligue 1 match at Groupama Stadium, Friday (31/8).
“I’m not afraid any more of what goes on in this world,” said the Dutch striker.
“Of course it’s very annoying and you don’t want to believe it at the start. After that, you come back to reality. Otherwise, you’re just in a negative spiral and I don’t want to be that person,” said Depay, 24.
Depay has been supporting Lyon since 2017 after failing to qualify the main squad with Manchester United. With Lyon, his performance is showing progress.
