DBasia.news – Persija Jakarta midfielder Sandi Darman Sute uttered his grief moment. It was due to the earthquake in Palu and Donggala, Central Sulawesi.
He wasn’t there when the disaster happened. But his big family got the impact.
His big family, including his little daughter who just turns 3 months old, Khaira Ummah, moved to the mountain area. Sandi waited until he could go home to Palu to see his family.
The condition of his daughter is worrying. Khaira Ummah almost got sick due to the situation.
Luckily, Sandi’s families are safe despite the destroyed houses.
“About the family condition, thank God, everyone is safe. But some got sick, including my daughter,” Sandi told reporters.
“Some got hit by the ruined blocks, the property is gone, so we can do nothing. Hopefully, there will be a lesson for this,” he added.
Amid the disaster, Sandi felt another pain. He got sanctioned ban from three matches from PSSI Disciplinary Committee due to the intense match between Persib against Persija on September 23, 2018.
Sandi was shocked and couldn’t accept the sanction. “I can’t accept it, banned from three matches, I think this is unfair,” the 26-year-old player said.
