Sarri Called Dybala and CR7 Duet Doesn’t Match
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Maurizio Sarri felt the duo of Paulo Dybala and Cristiano Ronaldo were not suitable to play together. But Sarri does not care much about this because both have charming qualities.
Dybala and Ronaldo’s contribution in the Juventus attack line this season were quite good. Dybala managed to pack 13 goals and 12 assists, while CR7 contributed 25 goals and four assists.
Even so, Sarri actually revealed that actually Dybala and Ronaldo do not match together. If both appear together, Juventus often lacking players in the opponent’s penalty box.
The Juventus coach continues to play Dybala along with Ronaldo as they both can make a difference. That forced the former Chelsea manager to have to rack his brain to find the best formula in the Bianconeri’s playing system.
“Dybala is a phenomenal player. Our only difficulty is that it is not easy to make different types like Dybala and Cristiano Ronaldo playing together. However, they can always make a difference,” Sarri said as quoted by Sky Sport.
“It’s not easy to play both together in certain tactics. Nevertheless, they are two quality players that we have. Other team members must adjust, both when defending and attacking.”
“Actually there is a risk that the opponent’s penalty box area will be a little vacant by our players, but this is an interesting problem to solve,” he added.
