Sarri doesn’t want Miralem Pjanic to leave Juventus
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Juventus coachm Maurizio Sarri said he was not worried about Miralem Pjanic’s future at the Allianz Stadium. He claimed to be unphased by news of an agreement made between Juventus and Barcelona to take care of Pjanic’s move.
In the past week, Barcelona and Juventus have reportedly agreed to exchange players. Pjanic and Arthur Melo will swap teams at the end of this month.
From this agreement, Pjanic was valued at 70 million euros, while Arthur was higher at 80 million euros. Which means, Juventus must add about 10 million euros in the exchange process.
Even so, this did not appear to be approved by Sarri. He wants Pjanic to remain a part of Juventus at least until the season ends.
“He will be with us until the end of August. I hope he will stay with us even longer even though this is a decision that will be made at a later stage,” Sarri told Sky Sport Italia.
Sarri’s statement is certainly quite surprising. As is known, the 61-year-old coach has had a conflict with Pjanic.
This problem is also a major factor in making Pjanic decide to leave from Juventus. Even though the 30-year-old player is already comfortable in Turin.
“Miralem is a professional, he understands the situation. I don’t know anything at the moment, but I’m not worried,” he added.
It seems that this player exchange has not been approved by the parties involved. Previously, Arthur Melo was also still hesitant to move to Juventus.
