Sterling Believes England Now Has Champion Mentality

This statement was issued by Sterling ahead of the England match in the 2020 European Cup qualifiers against the Czech Republic.

As one of the players of theEnglish national team, Raheem Sterling is quite optimistic about the ability of his team. He believes the current generation of the Three Lions has been able to end the wait for winning the title since 1966.

“I think we are developing and have a winning mentality. We were a little disappointed at the Nations League stage. However, now we have another opportunity and I feel there are many players who want to be involved, “Sterling said.

“I think every player and coach wants to be involved in the tournament with ambitions to become champions.  “That desire is clearly a challenging task, but it is definitely something we all dream of winning,” he continued.
