Teco’s Interest for Friendly Match Opponent

DBasia.news – Persija coach Stefano Cugurra Teco asked the management to prepare at least one friendly match. The Brasilian coach won’t mind about the opponent’s quality.

As we know, the friendly match will be conducted to fill the time of competition absence. The opponents from Liga 3 are okay for Macan Kemayoran.

But Teco prioritizes the equal club. It means the 43-year-old coach wants his team to face the Liga 1 contestant.

“We have to discuss with the management, at least one friendly match. It would be great for the team because we don’t know the upcoming schedule, so one friendly match will be great,” Teco said.

“If it can’t be from the Liga 1 contestant, choose Liga 2 or Liga 3. Most importantly is the training session. We won’t mind about the opponent’s strength,” he added.

Teco has another option if Persija face difficulty to find the opponent. He will conduct the internal game.

“Perhaps we could do the internal game instead. Moreover, we can’t play against U19 Persija team because they left to Medan for U19 League,” Teco added.
