The Bundesliga is rumored to resume

DBasia.news – The opportunity of the Bundesliga to resume the 2019-2020 season competition is now wide open. The German government is reportedly ready to give permission to continue the competition.

Reporting from Reuters, the decision related to the continuation of the Bundesliga will soon be announced by the German Chancellor, Angela Merkel. The head of state is scheduled to hold a meeting via teleconference video with Bundesliga officials on Wednesday (06/05).

The German government will relax the rules regarding physical distancing. A number of public areas such as schools, parks and shops has began to reopen.

Germany is one of the countries that has been alert to the corona virus pandemic. The country of around 83 million people has succeeded in reducing the number of spread of the virus significantly with various effective policies.

Though the Bundesliga was unsure of being able to finish the competition. It was inseparable from the discovery of ten positive cases of corona virus after conducting tests to all participating clubs.
