By db-admin
DBasia.news – Although 11 points behind, Tottenham Hotspur midfielder, Moussa Sissoko, is optimistic his team can still catch up in the top four in the Premier League this season.
Mauricio Pochettino’s Spurs are temporarily ranked 14th in the Premier League table following a 1-1 draw against Sheffield United at the weekend.
The north London club has only won three of the 12 games they have played in the Premier League this season, but Sissoko is optimistic his team’s performance will improve.
“Of course we are far behind the top four, but the season is still away and we can still win a lot of matches,” Sissoko stated as quoted by Sky Sports News.
“It won’t be easy, but we know we have the quality for it
. When we come back [after the international break] we will try to catch up with the teams in front of us and we’ll see where we will end at the end of the season. ”
Spurs will return to compete after the international break by visiting West Ham United headquarters on week 13, Saturday (11/23) PM.
