Tottenham Hotspur Ready to Pay 50 Million Euros to Bring Milan Skriniar from Inter Milan

By db-admin

DBasia.news – Premier League contestants, Tottenham Hotspur, reportedly made a fantastic offer to bring in Inter Milan defender Milan Skriniar. Reportedly the price proposed by The Lilywhites is worth 50 million euros.

Reporting from Semperinter, Spurs are currently in the negotiation stage with Inter regarding the transfer value of the Slovakian player.

Italian transfer expert Gianluca Di Marzio claims that Tottenham Hotspur’s technical director Steve Hitchen has had a meeting with Skriniar’s agent.

This was revealed because the director who was caught on camera was in the city of Milan to provide an explanation regarding Tottenham’s long-term project.

However, Skriniar’s departure from Inter is still uncertain as the club reportedly set Skriniar’s price at 60 million euros. Meanwhile, Tottenham want 10 million euros less than the selling price.

If Skriniar leaves Inter Milan, the club will replace him with Florentina defender Nikola Milenkovic. Then, the name Chris Smailing can also be an alternative to Milenkovic.

Skriniar has been defending Inter Milan since 2017. He was brought in from Sampdoria for 34 million euros and became a mainstay in the Nerazzurri back line.

Skriniar’s ability did not only attract Tottenham’s attention, but also Manchester City and Manchester United.

Of course the price is quite expensive because he is a versatile player, from defender to full-back to defensive midfielder. In addition, Skriniar also has a typical modern defender who can build attacks from the back.

“Today’s meeting in Milano between Tottenham and Inter is for Milan Skriniar. Spurs will not match the official price of 60 million euros – Skriniar’s value according to Tottenham is 50 million euros including bonuses,” said Fabrizio Romano.
