Trained by Conte, Inter Milan’s Brilliant Progress did not Surprise Moratti

DBasia.news –  Antonio Conte is in the spotlight of Massimo Morrati, former president of Inter Milan for successfully bringing Inter Milan into a strong team. Morrati also admitted that he was not surprised to see the amazing action of Inter Milan this season that happened thanks to Antonio Conte’s efforts.

“The way Conte works does not surprise me. It is known that he is very serious as a coach. He only thinks of Inter and he works really well. I think Inter will be able to compete this season, “Moratti said at Soccerway.

Conte’s achievements since coaching Juventus in 2011 deserves a thumbs up. He was the pioneer of the Bianconeri’s revival after the Calciopoli case. He also presented three Serie A titles.

In 2014, he decided to leave Juventus to train the Italian national team for two seasons. Although not producing the title, the 50-year-old coach was able to take Gli Azzuri to advance to the 2016 European Cup semifinals.

Conte continued his work in England with Chelsea. He also donated the English League title and FA Cup. This season, Conte moved closer to Inter Milan and brought La Benemata to seven wins from eight Serie A matches. He also believes that Inter can rival Juventus at the top.

“Of course, Juventus have shown that they have a better chance, plus they have won the last eight Scudetto, so they have a different spirit.”

“However, Inter also showed that they have the qualities and character needed to fight for the title,” Moratti said.
