Two Persija Players Go to the National Team, Teco Felt Confused

DBasia.news – Persija Jakarta must let go of their goalkeeper Andritany Ardhiyasa and Rezaldi Hehanussa to support the country. Persija Jakarta coach, Stefano Cugurra Teco talked about the consequence of the call-up of the two players to Indonesia national team squad.

For your information, Persija have to let go of Andritany and Rezaldi on October 7, 2018, even though the national team will have a friendly match against Myanmar three days later.

Meanwhile, Persija will start their journey in the Liga 1 after the break on October 8 Against Perseru Serui. Besides Andritany and Rezaldi, Macan Kemayoran also lost another three players.

“We have to realize, whether there would be a Liga 1 match or not, until now I just noticed that they called-up by the national team, play twice, but I have no idea about the competition program. When they are in the national team, they won’t be here, it will be a lack of players for the squad,” Teco said.

The other three players who will support Persija in the match against Perseru are Ismed Sofyan, Sandi Darman Sute, and Renan Silva. They are suspended by the sanction from PSSI Disciplinary Committee.

To anticipate, Teco starts to prepare the substitute players. Moreover, the team need a lot of options.

“We have to train properly for all vacant positions. I think it won’t be a problem during the training session. They work hard every day,” said the 43-year-old coach.
