U19 Asian Cup: Japan Coach Mentioned Indonesia Hard to Beaten

DBasia.news – U19 Japan national team will play against U19 Indonesia national team in the quarter-final of U19 Asian Cup and securing the ticket for U20 World Cup.
U19 Japan national team coach Masanaga Kageyama predicted the match against Indonesia won’t be easy.
Japan qualified for the quarter-final as the winner of Group B. Samurai Biru Muda performed perfectly in the group phase by scoring the victories against North Korea (5-2), Thailand (3-1), and Iraq (5-0).
U19 Japan national team will play against Indonesia as the runner-up of Group A. Meanwhile, Thailand the runner-up Group B will meet the Group A winner Qatar.
“Indonesia would be hard to defeat. Just like the matches against Qatar and UAE,” Masanaga Kageyama told reporters.
Another reason why the quarter-final against U19 Indonesia national team also would be supported by Indonesian fans. The status as the host is beneficial for Indra Sjafri squad.
“Indonesia national team have the advantage of playing home. We will focus on recovering and maintaining the condition,” he explained.
