DBasia.news – Chelsea are reportedly serious about bringing in young Bayer Leverkusen striker Kai Havertz. The Blues’ opportunities who want to bring the 21-year-old striker is wide open following the recognition of Bayer Leverkusen Sports Director, Rudi Voller who said there was an agreement between the club and Kai Havertz about the transfer market. The agreement states that Havertz could leave Leverkusen if there is an incoming bid and fits the agreement.

Kai Havertz will complete two players contract who have previously joined who are Timo Werner and Hakim Ziyech. Both make The Blues to spend up to 89 million pounds.
Bayer Leverkusen as the owner of Kai Havertz reportedly don’t want to release their star. However, there is an agreement that makes Havertz can go to Chelsea.
“We have an agreement. If it is suitable, he can leave this summer,” Voller told German media, Bild.
“Until now, he is our player. We have an idea. We know what to do. I personally hope he stays another year,” explained Voller.
Voller asked Kai Havertz to make a thorough decision. He considers Havertz still has debt to Leverkusen who raised his name.
However, Voller was also aware of Bayer Leverkusen’s failure to compete in the Champions League, making Kai Havertz chances of leaving even wider.
“Of course, you cannot force anyone. Havertz knows the debt he has to his colleagues, fans, and clubs,” Voller said.
Chelsea are predicted to launch their first bid after the DFB-Pokal final match between Beyer Leverkusen against Bayern Munich on Sunday (5/7). The offer of 75 million pounds is believed to be enough to bring Kai Havertz to Stamford Bridge.
