Want to Bring Raul Jimenez from Wolves, Man United Must Compete with Juventus and Real Madrid

DBasia.news – Manchester United are reportedly interested in bringing Wolverhampten Wanderers striker Raul Jimenez into the transfer market next season. But Ole Gunnar Solskjaer’s squad must compete with Juventus and Real Madrid, which reportedly also interested in the 29-year-old player.

Quoted from thesportreview, Monday (6/22), Man United continued to monitor the situation of Jimenez at Wolves. Another report revealed that The Red Devils got a tough competitor, after Jimenez appeared impressive this season.

Jimenez’s agent, Jorge Mendes, will play an important role in every potential transfer. Mendes has always been involved for players who have come in and out at Wolves in the last few years.

MU deserve to be vigilant, considering Juve and Madrid have a good relationship with Mendes, to be able to make a negotiating advantage. Although, Juventus are reluctant to redeem the asking price from Wolves reaching 54 million GBP for the Mexican international player.

Juventus are looking for a replacement for Gonzalo Higuain, who is quite old already. However, Jimenez’s high price makes Juve likely to withdraw from the hunt, leaving MU and Real Madrid in the hunt.

Jimenez scored when Wolves defeated West Ham 2-0 at London Stadium last weekend. That became the third goal in the last four matches. In total, he has scored 14 goals and six assists in 30 appearances in the Premiere League this season.
