100.000 Euros from Inter Milan to fight Corona Virus

DBasia.news – Inter Milan donated 100,000 euros to a hospital in the city of Milan. This contribution is expected to help fight the spread of the corona virus that is currently contagious in Italy.
The contribution 100.000 euros was given to the Biomedical Research Department at Sacco Hospital. The donation is a form of support for research to deal with the rampant corona virus.
Italy became one of the countries with the most cases, sitting in the third place of country with most corona virus cases after China and South Korea. As the article is being written, according to WHO records there are at least 2,502 corona cases in Italy.
“FC Internazionale Milano and Steven Zhang (Inter president) announced a donation of 100,000 euros to the ‘L Sacco’ Biomedical and Clinical Science Department in Milan, led by Prof. Massimo Galli,” revealed Italian Football.
Inter became one of the most affected teams of the corona virus. Three Nerazzurri matches have been delayed, including against Sampdoria, Juventus and Napoli.
The Italian government on Wednesday (3/4/2020) evening local time has announced that all sporting events can only be held closed. This rule is valid until 3 April.
