AC Milan’s Targeting Patrik Schick

By db-admin

DBasia.news – AC Milan was apparently secretly interested in recruiting RB Leipzig’s striker on loan from AS Roma, Patrik Schick.

Threatened to lose their veteran striker, Zlatan Ibrahimovic next season, The Rossoneri continue to be linked with plans to bring in new attackers to fill their front lines.

According to the latest news from Calciomercato.it, there are names of attackers who are said to be strong candidates to replace the Swedish striker next season.

The main candidate who was reportedly very desired by I Rossoneri was a young player from Real Madrid, Luka Jovic whose performance was somehow disappointing in his first season.

Milan are ready to offer a solution so that the Serbian striker joins them and duets with his former teammate at Eintracht Frankfurt, Ante Rebic.

However, Los Blancos will not necessarily agree to release the young striker because indeed the new player enjoyed his first season at Los Blancos. If indeed the first plan was not successful, another alternative from Milan is Patrik Schick who is currently on loan by Roma to RB Leipzig and also young Argentine striker Alfredo Gaich.

Schick could be the second strongest candidate because even though he could be wasted by Rome, Schick’s performance with Leipzig is quite promising.

With the potential arrival of Ralf Rangnick who currently also serves as director at Red Bull, the Czech Republic striker could be interested in following Rangnick’s footsteps to the Rossoneri next season.

Although in fact Schick claimed to want to stay with Leipzig, but the Bundesliga club was still having trouble paying the financing option requested by Roma.

Julian Nagelsmann’s team was last mentioned being still trying to get a discount from the Italian capital based club.

Milan can take advantage of the situation and seek agreement with Roma in order to bring Schick next summer. The 25-year-old striker actually has enough experience in Serie A, because before playing in Rome he had strengthened Sampdoria.
