Agent Confirmed Juventus Offer to Rugani

Rugani’s agent, Davide Torchia confirmed the offering. But he emphasized that Juventus is not in the position to sell him, hence Chelsea has to persuade Bianconeri to get Rugani.

“The fundamental situation of Rugani is that Juventus are not going crazy to sell him, but he has an offer. I don’t know how much they offered, but they have offered a little more than what they have been telling,” said Torchia to Calciomercato.

No wonder Chelsea really wants Rugani. His presence is predicted to give solution for David Luiz or Gary Cahill.
