DBasia.news – Italian national team striker at the 2006 World Cup, Alberto Gilardino, was confirmed to be handling the Serie C club, Pro Vercelli.

At his first press conference, Alberto Gilardino stated, training Pro Vercelli was like realizing his childhood dreams. He was determined to work hard and restore the prestige of the club which had been the Serie A champion seven times.
“The opportunity to train Pro Vercelli is something important. When I was a kid in the 1990s, I came to watch these club matches with my father. Now, I am here, in a place with a different atmosphere and history, “Gilardino said.
Alberto Gilardino’s main mission, who replaced Vito Grieco, is of course to return Pro Vercelli to Serie B which was inhabited in the 2014-15 season until 2017-18.
