Andrew Robertson rates that Liverpool is in Fit Condition

DBasia.news – Winter break was utilized by Liverpool to restore their conditions. Now they are back fresh and ready to play for the championship trophy.
Previously, Liverpool’s schedule was fairly packed. To outsmart it, Juergen Klopp was forced to play players from the reserve team on several occasions, such as against Aston Villa in the English League Cup and against Everton and Shrewsbury in the FA Cup.
Specifically against Shrewsbury, the decision was taken so that the Liverpool first team could have a total break, as the match schedule collided with the winter break.
During the break, the Reds’ players used it to go on vacation and to refresh their minds. Like Roberto Firmino who went on holiday to the Maldives or Andy Robertson who went home to Scotland.
There are also those who recovered minor injuries such as James Milner and Sadio Mane.
Now, the condition of Mohamed Salah and colleagues are back to being optimal and ready to face Norwich in the 26th week of the English League, Sunday (16/2) 00.30 WIB.
“It’s great to spend time with family, get away from a busy schedule, and come back with a fresh condition,” Robertson said on Liverpool’s official website.
“In the summer, players can obviously take a break, but it’s good to be able to take a vacation in the middle of the season and don’t have to worry about anything. Indeed, we have to stay fit and have a training program, as you can’t keep sitting all day.”
“Previously, some of us played with a few injuries and a week’s vacation certainly gave time for healing.”
“Practicing without pain in the legs is definitely a good thing, and it hasn’t been experienced by players over the last few weeks. Hopefully we can end the season well, and with a useful holiday, hopefully the results obtained are also good,” the Scotland national team captain stated.
