Arema Conduct the Charity Match Against Madura United

DBasia.news – Arema FC become one of many parties who expressed the condolence for the tragic incident. But, Arema showed the difference gesture compared to other teams, by the charity match against Madura United, Saturday (29/9).

The sympathy for the supporter’s death last week is coming from Indonesian football society. The incident that happened in the match between Persib Bandung vs Persija Jakarta was a national tragedy, causing the Liga 1 competition terminated for a while.

“This is our real action to express the sympathy of the incident happened. This is what we can do to show the condolence,” Arema FC general manager Ruddy Widodo said.

The charity match will be conducted at Kanjuruhan Stadium with a great goal, to collect the donation for Haringga Sirla’s family, the victim in the match between Persib against Persija, September 23.

“We won’t take any profit. All the revenue from this match will be given to the victim’s family,” Ruddy concluded.

“This is the main goal of Madura United, we will come to the match with our own budget. There will be no match fee or anything in the charity match,” the manager added.

The charity match between Arema FC against MU could be the cure of Aremania’s disappointment for the delay of the super big match on September 30. Before the termination, Arema are ready to serve Persebaya Surabaya, the great rival in East Java.

In that charity match, Arema FC organizing committee also applied the lowest ticket price of all time. Singo Edan team will set the price Rp10,000 for the economy tribune and Rp25,000 for VIP tribune.
