Bonucci Revealed He Did Refuse Manchester United’s Offer Once

DBasia.news – JJuventus defender Leonardo Bonucci admits that he once refused the offer from Manchester United. The defender chose to return to Juventus.

Bonucci once moved from Juventus to AC Milan in the 2017-2018 season. But, Bonucci just defended I Rossoneri for one season before returning to Turin.

However, apparently, Juventus weren’t the only club interested to Leonardo Bonucci. Manchester United also tried to hijack Bonucci’s transfer from AC Milan.

However, Leonardo Bonucci wasn’t interested to move to England. The Italy national team defender preferred to support Juventus when he decided to leave AC Milan.

“With Manchester City when I received that offer (in 2016). The decision was not made until June,” he said.

“So when my agent told me there was a tangible opportunity to go back I just stopped listening to anyone telling me what to do, I stopped listening to any kind of suggestion and I just said ‘OK, let’s go home’,” he continued.
