Busquets Amazed to See Messi’s Action
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Barcelona midfielder, Sergio Busquets, praised the performance of his colleague, Lionel Messi, who performed brilliantly against Slavia Prague in the Champions League.
Barcelona won 2-1 victory over host, Slavia Prague, in the Champions League Group F match at Sinobo Stadium.
This victory was not achieved by Barca easily. They had received strong pressure from the host. Fortunately, the goal from Lionel Messi and Peter Olayinka (suicide) helped the visitors home with three points.
For Messi, a goal against Prague added to his record. He became the first player to always score in 15 consecutive seasons in the Champions League.
Messi also equaled the record of two former Real Madrid stars, Raul Gonzalez and Cristiano Ronaldo. They have the same record by breaking into the goal of 33 different teams in the Champions League.
“Messi has had a difficult start this season because of an injury. “He is very important in the way we play and many attacks go through him,” Busquets said.
“He got his beat back, but it won’t take long because he’s the best in the world,” Busquets added.
