Chaotic Serie B Is Going On
By news-admin
Cesena
DBasia.news – The chaotic situation in Serie B competition this season has no end. Apparently, some clubs’ appeal for 22 teams competition has been granted.
As a matter of fact, when Cesena, Bari, and Avellino got the bankruptcy throughout the summer, despite replacing them with other clubs, it’s decided to reduce the Serie B participants from 22 to 19.
Since then, some teams that should be promoted to the Serie B as the replacement of the top teams (Novara, Ternana, Virtus Entella, Catania, and Robur Siena) are fighting so the Serie B could give the place for 22 teams.
Regardless of the 9th Giornata starting this weekend, TAR court of Lazio accepted the appeals from Novara and others.
Interestingly, on Saturday, Lega Serie B approved their own appeal hence the decision is postponed by Consiglio’s government. It’s now believed that the Consiglio Government Court will announce about the Serie B participants on Tuesday.
