City Have Forgotten the Failure

Manchester City
DBasia.news – Fabian Delph admits that all Manchester City players have forgotten the failure against Crystal Palace. According to the left-back, The Citizens are playing like usual. Moreover, the three key players have returned to the squad.
Manchester City surprisingly defeated against Crystal Palace in their home. The 3-2 defeat against Palace made them four points behind Liverpool who lead the table.
“It is important not to dwell on the past and to live in the present. That game is finished now, it’s about the next game. It’s about getting the three points on the board,” Delph revealed.
One of the factors that boosted the optimism is the return of the key players. During the match against Palace, they couldn’t play maximum because some of the players were injured.
“It always helps when you have a fully fit squad. People pushing each other for places is healthy,” he said.
“But we have more than enough in the squad to win any match, whether someone is injured or not. Everyone understands their roles and the systems, but we were just unfortunate (against Palace),” he added.
The players would face the future. The Citizens are looking forward to the Boxing Day against Leicester City.
