Dan Friedkin, AS Roma Prospective Buyers Have Big Ambitions

Roma itself has released a statement that justifies negotiations between the current team owner, James Pallotta and Friedkin. But denied there were black and white.
The latest leading Italian media, Corriere dello Sport reports Friedkin is close to becoming the new owner of Rome with transactions reaching 800 million euros.
Corriere even successfully interviewed someone close to the businessman who was claimed to be one of the family members. According to the source, Friedkin has big ambitions.
“I am confident that the Roma brand can grow, that revenue will increase,” the source quoted Friedkin as saying.
“(I know) being a soccer team is very important to win something. I have been in love with this beautiful city since day one. Full of life and history,” the statement continued. Friedkin himself is the CEO of Gulf States Toyota Distributors, a company built by his father, Thomas Hoyt Friedkin. Now he is also the President and CEO of Friedkin Companies.
