DBasia.news – The future of Liverpool striker, Divock Origi has been in question for some time. As Origi has rarely received a chance to play from manager, Jurgen Klopp.
However, since his success in breaking into the Barcelona goal in the Champions League semifinals and ensuring Liverpool to win the competition against Tottenham Hotspur, Divock Origi has began to change his mind.
He claimed to have no desire to leave Anfield. For him, the club has made him better.
“I am a better player than last year. Klopp has given me the opportunity to develop myself. I always listen to my instincts and keep working hard. I have talked to the club and we want to continue this for a long time, “Origi told Het Laatste Nieuws, Monday (05/04).
“This is a project for me and I want to follow it. I don’t know how long it will take. I feel like I’m making progress. But it is unfortunate that this season must be halted because of the corona virus, “continued the player who was loaned to the Wolfsburg VFL.
Furthermore, the Belgian player also praised Liverpool’s transfer strategy which brought in great players like Andy Robertson, Fabinho and Virgil van Dijk.
DBasia.news – “Robertson, Fabinho and Virgil van Dijk, they are extraordinary. They make a difference here. The more days passed the more I could enjoy this game, “concluded Divock Origi.
