DBasia.news – Ousmane Dembele is a high-quality player but often has an indiscipline habit in Barcelona. Borussia Dortmund are delighted of this. Dortmund Sporting Director Michael Zorc assumed that selling Dembele to Barca was the right decision.
Borussia Dortmund sold Ousmane Dembele to Barcelona during the 2018 summer transfer market. At that time, Dortmund got 145 million euro (Rp2,39 trillion) transfer fee.
At that time, Ousmane Dembele insisted on leaving Borussia Dortmund. Moreover, the French striker acted inappropriately to force the club in selling him.
Accordign to his teammate in Borussia Dortmund, Roman Weidenfeller, Ousmane Dembele’s attitude wasn’t good. Moreover, Dembele won’t clean up his own shoes.
Ousmane Dembele finally got his request to join Barcelona. Unfortunately, his career in Spain isn’t as expected due to injury.
Now, Barcelona coach Ernesto Valverde is rumored to dislike his habit. He got punished recently due to coming late to the training session.
Zorc asssumed playing in a club as big as Barcelona would make his indiscipline habit getting more obvious. But, Zorc is relieved Dembele is no longer in Borussia Dortmund.
“Now that he’s playing in Barcelona, at one of the biggest clubs in the world, this indiscipline seems to be still going on,” Zorc told the Frankfurter Allgemeine Zeitung.
“I am relieved to note that this was not something that had anything to do with the circumstances here at Dortmund,” Zorc continued.
