Due To COVID-19 Pandemic, Barcelona Plans to Close All Camp Nou Accesses

By db-admin

DBasia.news –  Barcelona plans to close all access to the Camp Nou Stadium due to the Covid-19 pandemic. This closure is planned to be carried out until 2021. The steps taken by the Blaugrana are the worst case scenario for addressing Covid-19.

The Camp Nou closing plan was exposed in an internal report obtained by the media in Spain. In the report addressed to club directors, it also contains detailed financial statements and projected income for the club.

The report was reportedly made to anticipate the impact of the corona virus and how to overcome the losses that could occur.

As reported by Diaro AS, in the report, the most conservative and realistic scenario was floated, namely if there were no more LaLiga matches that could be held in 2020.

If that scenario occurs, it is probable that the new season will begin in September 2020 and Barcelona decides Camp Nou will be closed until February 2021.

While another scenario is when LaLiga this season continues on June 15th even without spectators. If this scenario happens, Camp Nou will be open to supporters on November 15th 2020.
