DBasia.news – Carlo Ancelotti has officially coached Everton to replace Marco Silva and interim manager, Duncan Ferguson. Duncan believes Ancelotti can lead the rise of Everton.
Witnessed directly by Carlo Ancelotti in the stands, Everton failed to score a goal throughout the match. The same thing happened to Arsenal who were also witnessed by their new coach, Mikel Arteta.
Despite failing to win in his final match, Duncan Ferguson was still pleased with the performance of Richarlison and colleagues. According to him, the players have performed fantastically.
“We want three points, but what our players have shown was fantastic. I can’t ask more of the players. They were fantastic for me today. The players have struggled hard to achieve these valuable points, moreover we recorded clean sheets, “said Ferguson to BT Sport, Saturday (12/21/2019).
Regarding Ancelotti’s appointment as Everton’s new coach, he stated that he was thrilled. Even so, the Toffees legend has not spoken to the experienced Italian coach.
“Of course this decision is fantastic for the club. They’ve brought the best trainers with great experience. “I haven’t spoken to him, but I hope to do so tonight and be accompanied by a glass of wine,” he added.
“I’m sure he can return the club to compete where they belong. He has proven that he can and everyone is eager to wait for it, “concluded Duncan Ferguson.
