Edinson Cavani is back in practice

DBasia.news –  Paris Saint-Germain (PSG) received positive news regarding the condition of Edinson Cavani. Coach Thomas Tuchel confirmed Cavani is certain to start training again this week.

Paris Saint-Germain has sidelined Edinson Cavani since the beginning of this month. He suffered a groin injury when PSG beat Bordeaux and had to miss the last 16 of the Champions League match against Manchester United.

PSG which could not be strengthened by Cavani and Neymar managed to steal a 2-0 win over Man United at Old Trafford. Now, before the match against Man United was rolling Cavani was almost able to graze again.

“Cavani will train with the team this week. He had talked to the medical team. He has worked hard in a professional way. I hope he can play this weekend against Caen, “said Thomas Tuchel.

“It is important for us that he returned before the game against Manchester United to give his support. Hopefully, after playing against Man United, he can start training again,” said Tuchel.
