Evan Dimas Told the Story of Indonesia National Team Experience Against UAE

DBasia.news – The U23 Indonesia national team will play against the Uni Arab Emirates in the round of 16 football in 2018 Asian Games. This was ensured after the 3-1 victory against Hong Kong in the last match of Group A at Patriot Stadium, Monday (20/8).

“We have to focus. Most noteworthy, the victory is a great asset but we shouldn’t be big-headed because the journey is still so long. We have to try,” Evan Dimas said.
Evan Dimas had the experience of playing against the Uni Arab Emirates. Especially, when he was still part of the U19 national team.
Evan Dimas along with the U19 national team had the Middle East tour and played against the UAE twice. They met once again in the group phase of 2014 U19 Asian Cup in Myanmar.
“When I was supporting the U19 national team, I joined two friendly matches and won in their home. But during the official tournament, we got 1-4 defeat. Certainly, we aim for the victory,” Evan Dimas explained.
