Fabio Capello’s Comment Regarding Zlatan Ibrahimovic’s Arrival at AC Milan
By db-admin
DBasia.news – Zlatan Ibrahimovic once again strengthenes AC Milan. According to the Italian coach, Fabio Capello, the Rossoneri have made the right decision.
Capello stated that Ibrahimovic is a player with character who always wants to win every game.
“That acts as an extra motivation for others,” Capello said, as quoted by Football Italia.
The former Milan coach said that the Swede still needs time to restore his performance as having not played in a few months.
In addition to having the ability to score goals, Capello stated that Ibra can give his teammates to play better. Several players have scored when playing with the former Inter Milan and Barcelona player.
Capello is quite understanding about the quality of Ibra. As the 73-year-old man was the first Italian coach to work with him when at Juventus.
At that time, Ibra was brought in from Ajax Amsterdam in 2004. “I tried to bring out the qualities and talents that were in him, but he had struggled until then to really come forward,” he said.
Milan currently sits 11th in the Serie A standings with 21 points. The Rossoneri are 15 points behind Roma in fourth place with 35 points.
