Fans Don’t Want Rodrigo Moreno to Join Barcelona

By db-admin

DBasia.news –  Valencia striker Rodrigo Moreno has been linked with Barcelona.  The 28-year-old striker is said to be replacing Luis Suarez, who is currently injured.

However, Rodrigo Moreno’s recruitment plan is reportedly deadlocked.  Because of that, Valencia insisted on fixing the price of 60 million euros for the striker.  The price was overvalued by Barcelona.  No doubt, only a drastic change in the final seconds of the transfer market allows the transfer to be realized.

For Quique Setien, the stuck negotiations were clearly bad news.  However, that is not the case for the cules, Barcelona fan names.  The majority of them were actually happy when Rodrigo Moreno failed to join.  This was reflected in the results of an online poll conducted by Diario Sport.

When Rodrigo’s transfer to Barcelona was reportedly deadlocked, Diario Sport made a simple poll.  The question, “Do you think Rodrigo won’t join Barcelona is good news?”

When the poll was closed, there were 17,329 votes entered.  Of that number, 96 percent said “Yes”.  That is 16,636 people who feel the striker did not deserve to wear the greatness of El Barca costume.

The resistance of the cules, according to Diario Sport, is inseparable from one thing, namely sharpness.  Rodrigo is not apple to apple with Luis Suarez.  He is not an accomplished predator in the opponent’s penalty box.

This season, Rodrigo Moreno’s sharpness has been poor.  He has only scored 4 goals in 23 Valencia matches in all competitions.  Meanwhile, Luis Suarez capped 14 goals in the same number of matches for Barcelona.
