Forgetting the Defeat Over Singapore, Evan Dimas Believes Indonesia Will Qualify for the Semifinal

DBasia.news – Indonesia national team prominent midfielder, Evan Dimas Darmono, already forgot his 0-1 defeat against Singapore in 2018 AFF Cup. He asks the teammates to revive and looking forward to the upcoming matches positively.
Indonesia national team got defeated against Singapore in Group B first match of 2018 AFF Cup at National Stadium, Kallang, Friday (9/11). The only goal from Harris Harun at 37′ made Evan Dimas and friends went home with no point.
The result makes Indonesia national team to the third position with zero points. The new format in 2018 AFF Cup makes every participant must play two home and two away matches in the qualification round.
It means Indonesia national team’s struggle to the semifinal will be difficult. Moreover, Garuda squad still have to visit Thailand home.
“Yes, we will forget this match. There’s no use to talk about this. It would be better if we focus to the upcoming match,” Evan said.
Shortly, Indonesia national team will have a home match against Timor Leste in Gelora Bung Karno Main Stadium, Senayan, Jakarta, Tuesday (13/11). Group B second match will be conducted before leaving to Bangkok against Thailand.
“Next, we will evaluate and improve this. Everything is possible. I believe and optimistic Indonesia will qualify to the semifinal,” the Selangor FA midfielder said.
