DBasia.news – The former Manchester United player Lee Sharpe criticized Romelu Lukaku regarding his declining performance.
“I’ve never seen a center-forward with such a bad touch. If your center-forward can’t hold the ball up, it makes it a very hard game,” Lee Sharpe criticized.
Romelu Lukaku is having a declining performance with Manchester United this season. From 8 matches he has, Lukaku hasn’t scored any goal. The last goal was during the 2-1 victory against Watford on September.
Comparing to his period in Belgium national team, the 25-year-old player always scores the goal there. Recently, Lukaku scored two goals when Belgium defeated Switzerland this month.

But, his performance in the club level is the contrary.
Lee Sharpe suggested Manchester United give Lukaku a break. He asked United to give the holiday to Lukaku prior to his condition.
“He’s saying he’s played a lot of football at the World Cup and since and that he’s feeling it. I think the best thing would be to give him a rest. Send him off on holiday for a couple of weeks,” Sharpe suggested.
