Frank Lampard Hopes Abraham Is Consistent Like Kane

By db-admin

DBasia.news –  Chelsea manager Frank Lampard hopes Tammy Abraham can look consistent like Tottenham Hotspur’s striker, Harry Kane.

“Kane is an amazing player. “What he has done in the past few years and his career is extraordinary, so Tammy needs to see that and if he can continue to score at such a level, that is the next stage for Tammy,” Lampard told BBC Sport.

“What he has shown in the first few months with Chelsea is proof that there are so many things in his game.”

Chelsea won 2-0 over Crystal Palace in the continued match of the English League at Stamford Bridge on Saturday (11/09/2019) evening Western Indonesian Time. The Gunners’ winning goals were scored by Abraham and Christian Pulisic.

Thanks to that goal, Abraham now leads the English Premier League top scorer with Jamie Vardy (Leicester City) with a collection of ten goals.

When asked whether Abraham would be able to win Kane’s position in the England national team, Lampard was a little doubtful. According to him, the 22-year-old must prove to be consistent with Chelsea.

On that occasion, Lampard also mentioned the game of Abraham against the Palace.

“There isn’t much space today because of how Palace plays, but I told Abraham in the first round to keep trying. “It’s one of those matches where the attacker doesn’t have many chances, but maybe he can score a goal and he does that,” Lampard said.
