Gabigol Is Delighted Returning to Inter Milan

DBasia.news – Gabigol’s loan period in Santos would end soon. Next season, he would return to Inter Milan.

As a matter of fact, Gabigol was on loan by Inter to Santos this season to get back his best performance after the disappointing season in Italy and Benfica.

The on-loan status is satisfying, he was chosen as 2018 Brasil League best player. Due to his performance, Santos actually want to make the 22-year-old player’s status permanent.

But, they can’t afford the transfer fee exceeds 30 million euro. This makes Inter have the big chance to bring him home.

But, the former Brasil best young player actually has many options regarding his future.

“Being linked to great teams is always a source of great pride for me, I respect all the teams, everyone knows my love for Santos but I open the doors to all the clubs,” he said.

“I will return to Inter and I like all these speculations but I do not know if it is true. I want to be happy and play football regardless of where I end up. I have the happiness of being an Inter player as it is a great team but now it is time to enjoy the holidays,” he added.

With Santos this season, Gabigol created 19 goals from 42 matches. But, he couldn’t lift his club to the top position. Santos are in the 10th position of Campeonato Brasileiro.
