Gabriel Jesus Extends Contract with Man City

DBasia.news – Manchester City announced the contract extension for the Brasilian striker, Gabriel Jesus. The Citizens signed Gabriel Jesus at least until 2023.
Actually, Gabriel’s current contract will end in 2021. But, Manchester United add his contract due to his impressive performance.
Gabriel Jesus scored 13 goals from 29 matches of Premier League last season. Gabriel Jesus performance helped Manchester City to win the league hence the contract extension.
Manchester City wanted to add the contract since April 2018. But, Gabriel Jesus signed it during summer 2018.
After signing the contract, Gabriel Jesus will end in June 2023. Manchester City relieved.
Gabriel Jesus thanked Manchester City for the contract extension. He felt appreciated by The Citizens.
“I would like to thank the fans for the welcome and for how well they have treated me. I can say that it was the best decision I’ve made in my life to come to Manchester City,” Gabriel Jesus said.
“Because whilst I’m here I’m improving as a professional and as a person. Also thanks to the club for being so organized and focused since I arrived. Pep had an important role in my signing, but also the club.”
“City is a huge club and it is getting bigger and bigger so I just want to say thanks for everything. I hope that I can keep making the fans happy,” Gabriel Jesus added.
Gabriel Jesus came from Manchester City on January 1, 2017. The Citizens paid 32 million euro (Rp537 billion) to get Gabriel Jesus.
