Inter Keep On Eyeing Modric
By admin
DBasia.news – Inter Milan’s hunt to Real Madrid midfielder, Luka Modric, hasn’t ended yet. I Nerazzurri are still trying to get Modric until the end of 2018 summer transfer market.
Inter Milan were related to Luka Modric during the 2018 summer transfer market. Moreover, La Beneamata canceled Arturo Vidal’s transfer from Bayern Munchen.
As a result, Vidal chose to join Barcelona who appeared to be more serious. Inter Milan moved the target to Luka Modric who performed well during the 2018 World Cup.
However, Inter Milan’s effort to recruit Luka Modric won’t be easy. Real Madrid insisted would only let go of Modric with 750 million euro (Rp12,5 trillion).
Real Madrid’s decision didn’t bother Inter Milan. La Beneamata high-official, Piero Ausillio admitted that he is still pursuing the transfer of Luka Modric.
“We’ll see… first up there’s the game to deal with,” Ausillio said quoted by Football Italia before Inter Milan versus Atletico Madrid match.
On the other hand, Inter Milan coach Luciano Spalletti admitted Luka Modric’s interest to join Giuseppe Meazza. But Spalletii assumed the transfer seems impossible.
“I don’t know what will happen, but I’m just happy that someone like Modric who won the Champions League and was in the World Cup Final wanted to join us,” Spalletti told Sky Sport Italia.
I don’t think he will come, because Real Madrid still want to count on such a talented player. We’re a strong side regardless, and if Modric were to join us, we’d be very strong,” Luciano Spalletti continued.
