Italian Media Claimed Vidal Joins Inter
By news-admin
DBasia.news – Inter Milan are doing the best to prepare the team ahead of the 2018/2019 season. Moreover this season, Inter Milan will have a tight schedule in Serie A, Coppa Italia, and Champions League. La Beneamata have recruited six players: Stefan de Vrij, Lautaro Martinez, Radja Nainggolan, Matteo Politano, Kwadwo Asamoah, and Sime Vrsaljko.
The latter was just recruited recently. Not long after the transfer completed, Italian media Gazzetta dello Sport claimed that Inter will get the next new player, Arturo Vidal.
The Chilean midfielder came from Bayern Munchen with 20 million euro price tag in loan status to avoid the Financial Fair Play regulation violation. The transfer will be paid by Inter once they activate the buying option at the end of Vidal’s contract.
The 31-year-old player agreed with three-year-contract offered by Nerazzurri and 4,5 million euro salary-per-season, smaller than his salary in Bayern. Vidal’s transfer is predicted to complete by this week with little details to be finished.
Bayern will initially extend Vidal’s contract expiring next year. If Bayern don’t extend it, it means Vidal will leave with free transfer status and the loan-to-buy option from Inter is useless.
If Vidal really joins Inter, it means Luciano Spalletti has many options to join the center field. Vidal-Nainggolan duet in the center field will ensure Inter’s safety because both of them have similar playing style. Moreover, Inter have the other midfielders like Borja Valero, Matias Vecino, Marcelo Brozovic, and Roberto Gagliardini.
