Iwobi Asked Arsenal to Keep Ramsey

DBasia.news – Aaron Ramsey’s career in Arsenal is facing the end. After the 2018/2019 season, the contract of the Wales player would also end. The Gunners also won’t give the contract extension due to the salary improvement request from Ramsey.

Considering the possibility of Ramsey to leave Emirates Stadium, Alex Iwobi raised his voice. The 22-year-old player stated his expectation.

He stated that all The Gunners squad have the same expectation, to see Ramsey under Emery squad.

“He’s a great player. When I was breaking into the first team, I always used to watch and learn things from him,” Iwobi said.

“I am still doing that today. It would be a great miss if he goes but hopefully, he can stay. We all want him to stay. Hopefully, it can get sorted,” he concluded.

But, if he doesn’t extend the contract with Arsenal, Ramsey won’t face any difficulty in finding the new club. Juventus, Chelsea, and Liverpool are interested in him.
